We acknowledge our responsibility to ensure that the rights of people impacted by our operations are not compromised, and to avoid complicity in potential human rights violations in our relationships with dealers, contractors, suppliers and the community. PDB adhere to the following principles:

Working alight to Employment Act 1955 and Sarawak Labour Ordinance

Right to participate in association community service outside working hours

Right to participate in workers union or representatives

Treat with respect and non-discrimination

Employments as per labour legislation which cover non-tolerance of illegal and child labour

Minimum wages as per regulatory requirements
