Service Manager

Possesses a recognized Degree in Engineering or equivalent discipline with minimum 3 years’ experience in HVAC industry with minimum 1 year experience as Service Manager in maintenance/installation in Oil & Gas or Petrochemical industry.

OR

Possesses a recognized Diploma in Engineering or equivalent discipline with minimum 5 years’ experience in HVAC industry with minimum 3 years’ experience as Service Manager in maintenance/installation in Oil & Gas or Petrochemical industry.

OR

Possesses minimum SPM or equivalent discipline with minimum 7 years’ experience in HVAC industry with minimum 5 years’ experience as Service Manager in maintenance/installation in Oil & Gas or Petrochemical industry.Service Manager

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the overall service operations of the HVAC division within the oil and gas industry.
  • Develop and implement service strategies, ensuring compliance with industry standards and customer requirements.
  • Manage a team of technicians, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary resources and support to deliver exceptional service to clients.
  • Coordinate with various stakeholders, including project managers, engineers, and customers, to ensure smooth project execution and timely service delivery.
  • Monitor service performance, analyzing key metrics and implementing corrective measures as necessary.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify service opportunities, provide technical support during pre-sales activities, and develop service proposals.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations during service operations.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices, and provide recommendations for process enhancements and skill development.
